Phoenix 10K

Kathy and I ran the Phoenix 10K this morning - had a great time, though not sure the knees will be feeling so good tomorrow! Ryan also did the kids dash after our race and had a great time!

Halloween

Ryan was Commander Cody from Star Wars for Halloween - Kyler came over to trick or treat with us and had the perfect costume to compliment Ryan's!
